HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

Human Resource Management refers to HRM or HR of the organization who have main role in business organization. Human resource management involves management which is managed by human resource. HR is the main person in an organization who control whole work of an organization and minimize   efficiency and effectiveness of a business organization. Mainly HR department is designed to maximize employees Service, to recruit, select, Training and other functions related to employees.

Functions of HR in organization

 

1.Recruitment of new person: HR is the person who recruit new person to fulfill the vacant job position

2.Selection: Selection is the second step in Human resource management. This helps HR to select person for vacant job position.

3.Training to Employees: After selection of new candidates HR provides training period to new candidates which helps in professional development of an organization. Mainly HR department is designed to maximize employees Service, to recruit, select, Training and other functions related to employees.

4.Solving conflicts of organization: It is the duty of HR to solve conflicts in organization and remain organization on track.

5.Guidance and Direction: HR is a person who have main role in business organization and HR develop and manage organization by leading , Guiding and directing to its employees which helps organization to achieve its organizational goals.

6.Rewards and Incentives: It is a function concerned with hiring, motivating, and maintaining workforce in an organisation. It provides rewards and incentives and other various services, benefits, and facilities that are provided to employees for their well being.

7.Wages and salary: Human resource management determines what is to be paid for different type of jobs. Human resource management decides employees compensation which includes –  wage administration, salary administration, incentives, bonuses, fringe benefits, and etc,. HR is the main person in an organization who control whole work of an organization and minimize   efficiency and effectiveness of a business organization.
